Here are the latest graphics produced by Shive-Hattery for the west block of our project area, from 10th – 11th Street. Click on "Topic Details" to view the PDF file which features both day and night perspectives of the project area.

Artwork and artist-made amenities such as seating, bike racks, planters and light features will be sought through an online service called “CaFE” (Call For Entry).

The east block from 11th - 12th Street will also include public art, but improvements will be more temporary in nature along the east-west alley due to a large mixed-use parking facility envisioned for the north half of this block.

Both narrow north-south alleys connected to 7th Avenue will become welcoming passageways into the alleys.
